All personally-identifiable information, sensitive or confidential material, should be removed from your submission before uploading it to the system.

The feedback-report is AI-generated, and it might be different to feedback provided by humans. There is no technical support should you be unable to upload the initial file or download the feedback file. Should your initial file be not in the right format for the system to read, the file will be deleted, and you will not receive any notification. There is also no user-support should you forget your user ID or password. Finally, there is no user-support to interpret the AI-generated findings.

We do not guarantee that the tool works at all, so do not leave your submission until the last moment.

Information to consider prior to uploading any documents:

  • Your submitted text will not be publicly visible on the Internet and your Turnitin originality score will not be affected.
  • Feedback generation can take from 5 minutes to several hours depending on the complexity of your report and the number of other users who have submitted reports at the same time as you.
  • Submitted reports are stored for a maximum of 24 hours. If no feedback is generated in this time your report will be deleted and no feedback will be available.
  • If feedback is generated, your uploaded report will be deleted from our systems immediately.
  • Generated feedback is available for a maximum of 14 days after being generated.
  • If you upload a new report, any feedback for previous uploads will be deleted from our systems immediately.
  • For monitoring purposes of the tool’s performance, there are data scientists and administrators who could have access to both your submission and the feedback report.
  • The actual feedback report is entirely AI-generated.
  • You are under no obligation to submit your assignment using this tool.
  • If you have signed an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with an external company then we recommend that you should not use this tool.
